Nature of services
APLICA is a private consultancy and assistance service provider. We are not a government department, bank, NBFC or statutory authority. Loan, subsidy and investment decisions are made by the respective institution or authority. Information shown on this website is subject to change and should be independently verified.
Scope of engagement
APLICA provides consultation, eligibility review, documentation support, project report assistance, application preparation and follow-up support. We do not sanction, disburse or approve any loan, subsidy or investment.
Fees
All applicable fees are displayed before payment. Any post-sanction assistance fee is disclosed and accepted in writing before that service is undertaken.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all information and documents provided. Submission of false, forged or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services without refund and may attract legal consequences.
Limitation of liability
APLICA is not liable for rejection of any application, delays by any institution, changes in scheme or lender policy, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees actually received from you for the specific service.
Regulatory note
Financial products and digital lending activities are subject to applicable laws, regulations and the policies of the relevant regulated entity. APLICA provides consultancy/assistance services and does not itself sanction loans unless separately authorized to do so.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
